/vr/ - Retro Games

I think it's because of the sheer success that DB was/is.
That prompted Bandai to spend a lot of resources into getting a lot of games made for the franchise, and while some are stickers, some others are pretty good and some even became part of the collective retro vidya canon.
I never thought about it but yeah DB has probably more games made than any other retro franchise and the success of some of the games is undeniable, and not just because "it's dbz so of course it'll sell", but because they were fun games and even decades later people still like them.
I'm thinking the only other franchise that has a lot of games and many are great is Gundam.
