OK but then i dont get the problem of OP. No matter if you skip 1-2 frames "backward" or forward its not like the same concept could be used on a fpga.

But i dont see any reason to do that except starting another shitpost thread on /VR/ to bitch around what is "better"

It makes sense for software emulation to compensate the overhead of the OS and the disadvantages of the non native architecture. I think the people should rather be happy that there are so many options to choose from to play some good old games no matter if its super accurate or pretty impressive work of software emulation or even a chink handheld that works ok.
