so as someone putting together flashcarts/drive replacements for the first time, if archive.org isn't complete, and the redump site may/may not have a complete list, then where should I go to, not to download a full romset, but a full list of what *should* be in a romset?
or at least a list of what *isn't* contained in the archive.org set.
I have what I think are full sets of most 16 bit and before, as of like a decade ago, but I dont know if its still a complete set anymore.

I'm especially interested in >>8368580
I dont have any translation patches or homebrew releases, at all.

Thanks man. I love seeing that kind of aesthetic that's lost in the computer animation style of today.

BVMs do tend to have a lot more features than PVMs when it comes to configuring and adjusting them, but that doesn't invalidate PVMs in being amazing monitors for gaming on.

>for poor people with rich-people taste
A lower end, 30 year old PVM sold on ebay a week ago for over $600. That was unexpected, but you're going to be dropping a decent chunk of change no matter which you go with.

Sounds like 50hz flicker to me.

>>3265882
Games were in 50hz because the television system was based around 50hz already; In my very small experience with screwing around with 50hz modes in things, it seems like it would be much more bearable in a progressive arrangement like 288p than an interlaced one such as normal television.

I mean, I'm sure I could find something worse to post if you'd prefer.
