if handhelds are accepted, I'd say the game gear; it doesn't look that great in pictures, but in hand i think it looks glorious
Otherwise the megadrive is my favorite (the sfc is pretty cool too), and I'd say the N64 is among those I find the ugliest.
But judging by the other replies, I doubt you'll get a consensus, OP...
