As I said, I had to find a Berserker Pack near the stairs in order to make it to the second wave. Once you're ripping and tearing with Berserk on, you'll be able to keep it until you kill the first and second wave, if you find them before the effect runs out.

The 2 Hell Barons are more difficult, as they're almost always separated one from another. Fortunately, a Large Health Globe spawns at that wave, and it gives you Berserk, too! Too bad it doesn't lasts longer.

I changed tactics in order to do more attacks and trigger Berzerk. At the end, I wasted 2 medpacks because I forgot I had a large one, so learn from my mistake.
