I assume there will be issues with the game after 8 years in development hell, so first of all you really should wait a week or month before people get their copies and can give you an honest opinion.

Secondly, you really should region-mod your console. It's piss easy and gives you access to the whole library of games and a 50/60hz -switch.

But to finally answer your question, this is what the FAQ says:
