i actually quite like that, having it be an OP mod that encourages you to be more methodic rather than JUST RUN IN BRO. though it did make me understand why HD devs were avoiding inventory screens.
still, if it`s unfinished, it`s nice to know there`s a future.

Sorry, that's an outdated version of the map. Here's a link to a folder with it (SecondEncounter) and my other submission (FirstEncounter):

The new version includes a bunch of Medkits near the exit door, reskinned lifts (along with a slightly reworked lift past the Blue Key door), and the Cyberdemons are now properly confined to their teleport pads (as of my testing so-far.)
Thank you so much for playing my map tho! I'll look into texturing the stairs more obvious, so thank you for that feedback.
(If you want to check out the updated version, I encourage iddqd'ing just to see the differences.)

it`s less about unnecessary binds, and more about MSX using it`s own reload input instead of using gzdoom`s, for example. and also said input overwriting inputs from other mods, and me having to re-bind them later as well.
and now that i`ve read your reply fully, i actually never knew of the updated version. thanks anon, that`ll help me kill some time.
but yeah, i actually dropped malice because of it requiring a thousand different fucking binds lol.

I'm basically finished with all the stuff, but I realized I forgot to write down Complevel. There's also the final question of the new Hellknight death sound, I changed it out because the old one had a voice too similar to the Cyberdemon's sounds, and it irked me, but do people prefer the previous more?

It's definitely taken a lot more time than it should though.
