Sort of, since it was featured in The Walking Dead (where that Rick Grimes faggot, who's supposed to be an experienced sherif, but carries an old target revolver with a fiddly and flimsy lockwork, and then points it like ghetto thug without using the sights), the price did see an increase, you could see it go for as high as $3000

This isn't entirely unusual (I've heard stories about how the Wildey Arms company would see some spikes in sales whenever the Death Wish movies would air on cable), but it was particularly notable because this is sort of a famed gun, and it was already kind of expensive (well, it was always expensive, even when it was still being made).
