well when i played the first Retro Game Challenge i thought the games were real obscure japanese games that were cheap to license. i kinda wish there was a romhack where they replace the games with their real counterparts except those that are too different, and the name of the consoles with the real thing too. Honestly, the only thing that i sincerely hated about these DS games is having to sit through like 2 hours of grinding in Guadia Quest when I don't even like RPGs.

im allright with them emulating the looks of games from the time, but with some games i just dont buy it. For example, Demon Souls wich is supposedly on the NES doesnt look so different to Super Demon Souls, wich is supposed to be from SNES. the latter reminds me more of Wario Land 4 on the GBA with it's weather effects and visuals
