It's pretty interesting. You have 9 characters in your party in 3 groups. Whenever you get into a random battle, it'll be with any of the 3 groups, with group 1 having the highest chance of fighting. The initial teams are pretty balanced, but you can arrange them however you like All the enemies are cute monster girls, too.
