You are going to need xpadder

It includes a nice xbox .xpaddercontroller that I use.

You will have to map the keys individually to your liking, both on the controller, and in game(unless you map the keys exacly how they appear in game).

You will want to raise 'mouse' sensitivity high, or its rather slow.
