Regarding that 2-page spread, I think it would be better to just not join it. Too much stuff is missing for that to be possible without re-drawing portions of the image.

Also, in the e-hentai gallery that was linked up above, you can find the same spread with less missing graphics. If you REALLY want to join the images, you'd be better of using that as a source. A lot of stuff is more visible on that, like another sweat drop for example.
