Custom Robo and its' sequel are both fucking great. Japan got all the dank robot RPGs for 64.

I've heard good things about Custom Robo, probably worth a look. Animal Crossing also debut'd on the 64 as Animal Forest, probably interesting in the least to play if you read japanese.
