Amiga had easily the best version of Arctic Fox, too. I had a couple of the 8 bit versions, but they stunk on ice, and the DOS version wasn't much better. (CGA if I recall correctly.)
But on the Amiga, it was great -- a more tactical Battlezone. For one thing, being able to pinpoint incoming enemy fire by the stereo sound was not only amazing in 1986, it added a lot to the gameplay.
