All this talking about monster/demon girls reminded that there is actually one in a Doom game. Vagary from Doom 3. I like this design, not too grotesque or too out of place.

Now I wonder how a demon girl would look like in classic Doom style. Considering Doom monsters looked they came from D&D(Astral dreadnought) and Metal album covers
