you can just win arcade mode by baiting them out to jump then se your fullscreen shoryuken
and put them on loop sequence sometimes after hitting them with a fireball

each character has only like 6 moves including normals

When i was a kid i loved this game even though its full on nippon speak. Most memorable character is the one that looked like Seth from SF4 and his moving train track stage. Playing it while having a rainy weather outside just made it more awesome.
but my father only borrowed it from a friend of his for only a week or so.
I was saddened that the game was returned back to the owner.
Father then bought me Art of Fighting, and I forgot about Power Athlete.
Man, I gotta finish this game
