First you need to use this emulator: http://www.mediafire.com/?m881zaxlasilxb2
We'll need the same rom so here's a link:http://coolrom.com/roms/n64/7584/Mario_Party_2.php
First, you need to open the the emulator and configure your controls and shit. When you're done with that, open the rom and a small window will appear. In the following type in /connect [The IP of person hosting] [the port that person is using]
I'll post mine if you're really up to it.
