Virginia Reels have no banked turns, meaning that the riders experience high lateral G's at the turns. You want to go through all turns "slowly", which I think of as being < 30 mph though I've yet to actually test that. Pic related is a more tolerable Virginia Reel. You can use friction, upwards track, or brakes to reduce speed.

Unfortunately I don't think there's anything salvageable of your design, it's essentially wrong in every way. Build the built-in rides and study their designs, then start over. I recommend using a single lift hill, both for simplicity's sake and to improve the ride (allegedly, additional lift hills penalize excitement).

Virginia Reels are kind of fun to build, I recommend them to anyone who is struggling with coasters. Working with a small set of elements kept me from building something retarded, then trying to correct it with something even more retarded. None of the built-in rides have an excitement this high, and one has even higher nausea, so I'm pretty happy.

Pretty sure. At the core, a 4x mobius station design is cool but not very practical, nor will it be pretty since you need to make room for entrances/exits.
