Sounds interesting. I would imagine that a scenario based around street fairs would start the player off with a lump of money without any loans attached, and with everything unlocked, but has some harsh limitations like cramped spaces without the means to expand it, unable to edit the landscape, not able to have high roller coasters nor wooden ones, and having to reach a certain guest amount/park worth in just a SINGLE year. That what I would suggest, at the least.

Tried my hand at a 5x5 layout, and I manage to make something that works.

Shame that somehow I am unable to add additional carts to the track. Is that a bug with openRCT3?
