After waiting over 2 months, I finally got my BVM expansion board in the mail.
Got my two boys set up. A PVM-20M2MDE and a BVM-D20F1U, sitting on cheap Ikea coffee tables and hooked up to ten-year-old $50 PC speakers.
It's a shame how much the BVM outshines the PVM. The PVM was taken from a hospital and its age and use shows. It takes about 20 to 30 minute to fully warm up and reach appropriate brightness.
Still, it's great for consoles from the 4th gen and lower. Great scanlines.
