Contributing this game, Odo Odo Oddity. It's an on-rails shooting sort of thing where you are tied to some balloons and float through the levels. The soundtrack and spritework are great, but the game really does control like you're tied to a bunch of balloons (i.e. you have very little control). Requires no knowledge of Japanese so if you manage to track down the .iso definitely give it a try.
