You have the Cookie Demon(that Cacodemon girl) which feels more inspired and can stand on its own without associating it with Doom at all.
Then you have shit like HDoom,which is basically anime girls in Doom cosplays,that's their only selling point, they're bland and unoriginal.
Then you have those that go more to the monster girl territory but the things the artists add to make them sexier or lewd clash with the original design. It's a "Frankenstein monster" of lewdness. In other words fugly.
