What was the last game you fully completed, and how was your experience?

I beat DKC3 103% a week ago, it was a blast. Unlike the first DKC with its bullshit leaps of faith, or the annoying variable amount of bonus levels in the second game, in this one you always know there are two bonus games, and it's very completion-friendly, anyone can figure out how to beat this game on his own besides maybe unlocking the Lost World.

I had beaten it without completing previously, and that experience paled in comparison to what I went through with this game, it's way more fun when you are actively hunting for the secrets than when you're just plowing through, and the Lost World levels are awesome rewards. I'd recommend anyone to COMPLETE this.

What are some games that are actually more fun to fully complete than just beat, with no obscure bullshit (like DKC1)?

The level design in this one is kind of sloppy compared to the first two, but man does it look and sound wonderful. I love those waterfall levels.

This game had a special vibe to it that wasn't present end the previous two. Also the nature aesthetic is peak comfy

I remember pretty fondly. My cousin and I had to walk back home since I only had the exact amount of money for the game but when we got home, we played it non-stop. Should replay it and see how it held up.

Holy shit, this game is terrible. I don't remember it being that bad when I played, but after 102%ing DKC2 and jumping straight to it I noticed how much of a massive step down it is.

Why does EVERY stage needs to have some retarded frustrating gimmick? Almost none of them are well designed or feel good to play. The soundtrack sucks too.

I think DKC 2 is the better game overall but I have played DKC 3 more times than probably any other game in existence. I love this game.

Why is it so much EASIER than 1 and 2 (until the end)? Honestly, I never got the direction of this game. Why did they suddenly make DKC about babies and being easier? The advertising on DKC1 made it seem cool 'n' edgy, with this they did a 180.

What went wrong?

If Kiddy was replaced with DK, this would've been hailed as the best DKC game. You know its true.

The gameplay is fine everything else is lame.
