Has anyone actually played Radical Dreamers? Is there a decent translation anywhere? Is it even playable? Is it even really a game?

So what's your thought on this little rarity? What was your feels the first time you played it? Were you all surprised that it was so good?!?

So I'm trying to play Radical Dreamers for the first time in a few years. I've gotten a new computer since the last time I played it, so I went and downloaded a version that supposedly has the translation patch built in. But instead of getting the raw OR translated version, whenever I try to play it I get some weird glitch where it doesn't display text at all. Is this a common problem with the game? Anybody know where I can download a version that works properly, with or without the translation?
