I just wanna finish Plutonia.
I've come this far.
I actually thoroughly enjoyed this up till about Map 23 or so. This is just a fucking chore.

You can really tell they stopped giving a shit.
There's a lot of mean traps early on but they're all easy to tackle if you've mastered how to read the battlefield and know how to get out of cluttered situations, bait enemies, use infighting to your advantage, etc.
But this shit is just unapolagetically cheap as fuck and stupid now. Just piling shit on top of shit and then dropping the ceiling on the player and going "damn, bet you didn't expect that one".
I'd rather play three more variations on fucking Hunted than go through some of these final maps again.

ID Software let people sign up for Alpha and Beta for about 10 minutes on their Facebook, and then shut it down and deleted the posts.
