Get some AV switches, automatic preferred, and then get a shit load of RCA Y cables. Now a selector that handles 4 consoles handles 8. Take 3 of those RCA Y calbes and put one into each of your TVs composite input. Now you can have two AV selectors going into one input for a total of 16 systems going into one input. Keep one of them unplugged as it will cause interference. This is what I actually do. I've posted pictures of my set up a bunch of times. The wires are a mess but they're not tangled and easy to get to.

These bastards right here. I have three for Composite and one for Component. They're hard to find anymore though. Work really well. I lucjed out and found my third composite one at a thrift shop for $10.

I have several of these. One for my systems using component. And 3 for systems using composite. The two mounted onto the wall feed into my DVDr so all I need to do is power on and hit record. Very convenient.
