My personal favorite is Majora's Mask.

I just find the world of Termina so alive, being that the people living there have schedules and are actually going about their lives.
Sure it's all scripted, but that's really a benefit to the game. It makes everything so detailed in a way. And that's another thing about Majora, It's such a detailed game.
Although the mechanics in the game are somewhat off putting. Especially the main thing about the game, the three day cycle.
Once I'm playing the game from start it's not to bad, but it's not a game I just casually play from time to time, it really requires dedication.

Well I don't wanna ramble for to long but the atmosphere and solid Zelda gameplay is all there and makes this one of, if not the, best game of all time for me.
