There's a sequence break I found that you can do in the colosseum level of the first Tomb Raider which lets you skip almost the entire level.

I sent it in to one of the guys who had ad active faq on gamefaqs back then, but he never added it and I long since forgot how to do it. So that's out there waiting to be maybe rediscovered.
