ITT, talk about busted moves, equipment and characters. If it's overpowered, it goes here.

I wouldn't go as far as to say Sabin himself is busted, as there are quite a few characters that can potentially do way more than he can, but Bum Rush, his best move, is pretty fucking broken considering how early and easily you can get it. Just go talk to a dude after you get the airship and it's yours. Even at around level 20-ish, with magic-boosting equips it can do over 7000 damage, which is enough to make most of the remainder of the game a joke. And there's zero drawbacks to spamming it. It's actually pretty insane.
