Nearly all of them.
Impact fights are hard to manage if you don't know the special button combinations (they're on the manual). I still managed to beat them by using regular attacks and shooting ryo, but it took a while and a couple tries.

Really? I didn't need a walkthrough for this game. Knowing the Impact commants is important though, if you don't have the game manual, you're fucked.

however, I remember being able to beat the Impact battles by just spamming coins and doing the basing punch-punch-kick combo. It took a long ass time, though. When I learned about the special moves and the laser my mind was blown.

Look up the move list, there's a special command that makes impact go full watatatata.
