The most aesthetic console ever made.

Is there any point in owning this console? I'm not interested in JRPGs with lower shonen-level writing and menu combat. It feels like it has less games than the PS1, and that one is mostly JRPGs and 2D games too.

It's the best console.

What's your honest opinion on PS2? How do you think its library stacks up vs PS1 and other retro consoles? Any genres where you think it was better or worse?

How much of the PS2's success was due to it being backwards compatible with PS1 games?

Guess Sony didn't learn either why that design is a bad idea.
