Why yes, I do it whenever I have the opportunity but since many of those aren't really meant to play on that aspect ratio there is always some compromises that have to be made, such a misaligned text or graphical glitches here and there
On some games those compromises are pretty minor and passable, such as this one, CTR on the PSX
