Now these shitty consolewars made by discord trannies get pushed off the board and watching them throw a tantrum over the rule change, falseflagging and blaming /v/ for a month after was glorious. I now relish every time some pleb cries about /v/ because I get to enjoy retro vidya discussion without some faggot clique clogging up the board like they own the place.

This. Played it for the first time two years ago. The ridley fight kinda sucks and I fell for the bombing the tube meme.
Two small weak points in a 10/10 game.
Really impressive that 2d has been so shit since.

Although I missed the golden age at least I was able to experience it before it died out. Just walking into an arcade as a kid was a magical event I will never forget.
