I've only really played the game on the original Playstation and only booted up the PSP version to check if it works. I can't imagine it to be much different as the PSP does have L&R buttons.

I think it was a digital only demo. I had no Nintendo portables at that time, so I must've missed out since I think the digital store has been taken down.

I think it was $5USD on the PSN store as a Playstation Classic. I would say play it however you can to figure out if you are captured by the games' charm.

I cannot afford modern graphics cards/monitors/consoles/games, but happen to have kept a lot of the games I got when CRTs were popular. The board at one time moved slow enough that I could reply between shifts at work, but has gotten more difficult with its current speed.

Typically good, addictive gameplay and/or cute female characters.

Entertainment on the cheap. Low cost to emulate and a great way to decompress from the difficulties of work/life.

There was a whole message board and videos of a fangame that seems to have disappeared from the internet. AM2R and Streets of Rage Remake went dark and released practically complete such that a C&D order came but at least we all got to enjoy those, but fan efforts like Chrono Resurrection got hit because of an early announcement, did that also happen to the fan Legends 3?

Not bad, but I think the one which I enjoyed hearing was the talkie version of Sam & Max: Hit the Road. There were other games with voice samples before, but I think it was pretty good to hear all the characters in Sam & Max speak after I had played the floppy version without the voices. I remember Dragon's Lair was from back in the early 80s and I didn't mind that one either.

I prefer the classic series on NES/Famicom. Maybe because of nostalgia reasons and it was my introduction to the series. Boss, probably the Yellow Devil, since it is so interesting looking and large. Stage I think maybe Bubbleman's for the music.
