It's easy to test
Plutonia 2, map 28, BFG room with 2 columns.
Encounter is triggered when you approach the BFG platform, column enclosures open up, revealing 2 cybies.
With BD those cybies spawn on top of the columns, attacking you right as you enter the room.
That's because their radius is different from vanilla.
Same shit makes several monsters teleport outside of map in Ancient Aliens and some other map sets
Script bug makes several Scythe 2 levels have ~20% chance of autofinishing in 30 seconds because Voodoodoll responsible for exit trigger bypasses the blocker line somehow
Cybie and mastermind (and mancubus too now that I looked at it) steps are still explosive - picrelated) - and cause infighting when the grouping is tight.
Sound propagation is still borked somehow so monsters can awaken when they shouldn't

all that shit is still there, and nobody can get arsed to fix it because it would require to rewrite whole thing from ground up.
