Finally got around to playing this.
It did not live up to the hype.

Why is this game so easy? It gives you such an absurd amount of energy tanks and energy reserve tanks on top of it that it makes it impossible to die to anything. I can see why SoTN is so easy as well when it has this even easier game as an inspiration.

I just started pic related after having finished Zero Mission and Fusion. What the hell is up with the floaty moon controls and physics? It's almost unplayable.

What's the best SNES emulator? I want to play some Super Metroid.

Guys, it finally fucking clicked. Holy shit this game is amazing.

I finally, FINALLY got around to playing it on my Super Famicom mini after buying it on the Wii, Wii U and 3DS but not liking it each time.

Holy mother of shit, this is literally one of the best games I have ever played.

Is there any recommended fanpatch for Super Metroid? Something that adds essential improvements or bugfixes?

Or should I just play as-is?
