It's a cross season 2 parter, which has only been done once before, getting to the 2nd boss, but immediately getting killed and game overing while the boss was still off screen, all the moving platform segments, but specially part in stage seven where he falls and the game then instantly kills him again, Arino predicting the boss of stage six would be Trump and getting it wrong.
It's Yuuko Takeda's final episode, the sad GameCenter CX NEWS segment about the store where they recorded a scene for GameCenter CX: The Movie closing down and Matsui going there to pick up stuff the owners were donating to the store including the microscope Arino eyeballed when he visited. Arino acing the pachino game, getting tricked by the cards he bought because none of them matched the cover art character, and Inoko MAX being fascinated by the wiggler worm for the TamaGe.

Arino was being attacked by playing cards in the game, and the Japanese word for them is 'trump'. The episode was recorded right when Donald Trump was president, so it was just an opportunity for Arino to do some double meaning word play and shit on Trump with the staff.
The opening quote is even 'Kacho vs Trump'.
