At this point you're basically just arguing over a definition. Resident Evil is a mediocre adventure game using "horror" as a shield for its ill-conceived mechanics. And by redefining the word "horror" to exclude games that are actually GOOD, you relieve Resident Evil's burden of being compared to games that don't fucking suck.

Basically you're a sperg arguing over semantics.
