I lose every time.

So i remember playing a game back in 2003 on a fairly old computer with a bunch of dos games like lemings.

The game is a lot like Eye of the Beholder and might and magic, but i'm not sure if it is a one of the games in those series.

Anyway pretty much you get all your characters in cave of some sort and once you have everyone, you enter an outside zone with green grass and it is raining. The game is one of those 3D worlds with a bunch of 2D sprites. There is a house where there is a painting on a sun or something and there is treasure behind it at the very start.

There is also this shop keeper where you have to drag gear to the table to sell it. Though it's very easy to accidently throw it at the shop keeper which makes his ratman body guard kill you unless you run out of the shop.

The currency for the game is coins and then crystals like emeralds, and sapphire which take up space in your inventory than being a flat number.

Graphically it looks a bit like doom and other early 3D games on PC.

Any ideas?
