What's on the other end of that cable? The NES doesn't have a connector like the OP pic. It's another RCA style jack for its RF output. You'd need an RF adapter like this.

If you're gonna go out and buy something, just run to walshart and grab a red and white audio RCA cable for $3, it'll give you a better picture than the RF anyway. The AV jacks on the NES are mono (you only get yellow for video and white for left channel audio) so you only need 2 standard RCA cables instead of the now usual 3.
