Guys, it's not just one side.
There is a type of person who exists in all parts of the world at all ages, who wants to have control over other people and feel morally righteous while doing it. They bitched about everything from rock 'n' roll to Dungeons & Dragons to dice and playing cards. Whenever a person like that obtains power, they will always go after what's popular, and the only reason they would go against that crusade to try and amass more power (i.e. if your political opponent is already going after it and you want the votes of people who enjoy that popular thing). Jack Thompson and Anita Sarkesian are the same archetype with the same goal, they just use different arguments on why we should pursue that goal because they're on opposite sides. This type of person is apolitical.
