Aside from suggesting a run through of the service menu, I don't know what to suggest. I just went up to see if the little brother of it I have in the attic (32FS13) has the same issue, but despite the convergence being quite off, there just seems to be a bit of pincushion and the center is a bit higher than the sides.
The heavy bowing on what looks to be just the blue really makes me wonder if there wouldn't be a way to adjust it, be it directly or with a magnet somewhere on the tube that could possible help.
