I fell into the category of not liking sports that were played at my school.

I didn't much like cricket when I was younger, but I loved baseball and American Football. The only sport I ever did play with any enthusiasm was basketball, but I digress..

Sports games are pretty good, even if you're not into a sport. I'm in a friend group of almost entirely gamers, I'm the only person who even watches sport, yet I can get my friends into some of the simpler baseball and football games with ease, and even some of the more advanced ones.

Not all of the modern sports games suck either, just EA has a death-grip on football. Baseball and basketball are fine.
