There is a small bug with the QoL improvement one, in that one piece of optional dialogue from Marin is completely inaccessible due to requiring detection of low hearts (Which beeps).
The "...Eeek! You're hurt!" part in this image.
As far as I could tell it had no other negative impact on the game at all.
