Since this thread is most likely going to be deleted I may as well ask: why are discussions about that one Japanese retro game show permitted (CX something? idk the name) but western equivalents are hastily deleted?

This makes the most sense to me. I always mentally divided "new" games as starting with the first generation designed primarily for 3D. Although I started coming here more frequently after the rule change, since I mostly play 5th/6th gen, I felt bad for the older anons that got their once comfy board overrun by late millennials and zoomers.
