I went with the DC version myself.

I actually remember doing some research trying to establish what the best version is. I think the DC port looks the best graphically, better than those (fucking lazy) GC ports, and I'm pretty sure it has the extra shit from RE2: Dual Shock Edition. Don't know about the extra costumes/documents from the N64 version, though.
