Open up CHEX.WAD in a Hex Editor.
Change the header from PWAD to IWAD.
Save.

Now either use -iwad command line switch or just rename chex.wad to DOOM.WAD. Shares the same resource/map names as Ultimate Doom.

For Chex2.WAD, run it as a PWAD with the Chex 1 IWAD.
