Quick 10 Countess runs.
Got a Mal on the very first run! Nothing that noteworthy on subsequent runs, though. Of Course, it all cubes up...
Not the most focused runs, as I occasionally stopped on the way to kill mobs that looked like they deserved it. Now those dropped uniques out the ass. Unfortunately nothing earth-shattering or something I didn't already have:

The Salamander
Manald Heal (seriously, fml, it's ALWAYS Manalds and Nagels! The only other unique rings I've only ever found are two Dwarf Stars)

Bloodrise
(plus a handful of low-tier set items I proceeded to sell off immediately)
