Nah, there's no Japanese left in the translation. Just blank lines with reference pointers and the occasional line like pic related with isn't much better.
Really, the game is "100% playable." It's really just certain areas that have blanked dialogue, after certain events happen, where the player is unlikely to return to.
The problem with me is I tend to return to those areas in games, so it's definitely not 100% playable.
