I'm not exactly sure if this board is appropriate for discussing present and future of classic franchises but I hope someone can answer my questions.
Can anyone explain what happened to Shining series after Camelot stopped working on it? Why exactly did it happen? Was there any bad blood between Sega and Camelot?

Nowadays I mostly see sterile Tony Taka's art. Did they keep lore from classic games? Are there any plot throwbacks?
